what we do.

Warren Milne has practiced in all areas of family law for over 25 years. He appears regularly in the Ontario courts. He has long experience in custody and access issues, child and spousal support and division of property. At times, cases proceed by way of litigation in the courts. When possible, cases may proceed by way of negotiation and separation agreement.
